Medium binding polystyrene microplates are designed for passive adsorption of proteins with varying grades of hydrophobicity. Signum™ Medium Bind microplates have a hydrophobic surface with high affinity and selectivity for low abundant proteins (~ molecular weight > 10 kDa) with larger hydrophobic regions.
