Medium binding polystyrene (PS) microplates are designed for passive adsorption of larger proteins (>10kDa) or those with large hydrophobic regions such as antibodies. Signum™ Medium Bind microplates require minimal blocking due to their inherent lower binding capacity and low non-specific binding.
