UltraPPM LITE – Positive Pressure Manifold
The UltraPPM LITE positive pressure manifold increases sample throughput by applying a consistent pressure above the solvent of a multiwell processing plate for reproducible analyte recovery. The system is designed to offer precise control over the pressure and flow of samples through the microplate. Controlled flow through the plate maximises interactions between sample and plate allowing for consistent, reliable results. The UltraPPM LITE is ideal for applications that use viscous samples.
Applications: Microplate-based filtration. Packed bed and composite-based SPE, SLE, PLR, and Protein Precipitation.
