Sero Krystal™ PDL Microplates
Poly-D-Lysine (PDL) is a synthetic, extracellular matrix used in cell culture applications to promote cell adhesion. Adsorped PDL on the surface of polystyrene (PS) microplates enhances cell attachment and growth by increasing the number of positively charged sites for cell binding. The synthetic nature of PDL ensures no stimulation of biological activity in cultured cells and are free from biological impurities. PDL coated plates are popularly used for neuronal applications due to enhanced growth and survival of neuronal cells such as primary neurons and neuroblastomas.
